eventdetail

The National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame will serve drinks and lite bites as Brooke Wharton shares her experience as a fearless participant in The Mongol Derby, the longest and toughest horse race in the world.

Every year, 40 riders compete for The Mongol Derby crown as they race across a 1,000 kilometer course in the Mongolian wilderness. Riders must balance both horsemanship and survival skills as they overcome the elements, semi-wild horses, and unfamiliar terrain.
