Carshon’s Deli

Possibly the oldest restaurant in Fort Worth — most definitely the oldest deli — Carshon's continues to impress, nearly 90 years after founder David Carshon opened it. Sandwiches are layered with super size portions of hot pastrami, corned beef, turkey, tongue, and salami. We highly recommend the Rachel sandwich, towering with corned beef and turkey, melted Swiss, coleslaw, and Russian dressing, served on grilled rye. The restaurant also serves breakfast, including eggs scrambled with your choice of meat. Cash only.
