Chop House Burgers
In 2011, chef Kenny Mills left the steakhouse world and opened Chop House Burgers, a fancy burger joint in Arlington. It was subsequently featured on Diners, Drive-ins & Dives. The burgers are hefty and there's a long list: mushroom-Swiss burger, pork burger, blue cheese, portabella mushroom, veggie, and more. The basic burger is a mix of ground beef and brisket, char-grilled, with steak sauce, bacon, and smoked cheddar cheese on a butter toasted bun.
