Hanabi Ramen & Izakaya

Fort Worth's first authentic ramen restaurant landed in the Cultural District, across the street from the Modern Art Museum. Hanabi is divided into two rooms, a lounge (or izakaya) and the main dining area, both of which are dimly-lit and comfortable. There are eight variations of ramen, including broth-free versions. All are available at lunch and dinner, but dinner service includes several additional small plates, such as deep fried tofu, a seafood okonamiyaki pancake, and grilled yellow tail cheek.
