In advance of what could be a big night at the Grammy Awards on February 15, Fort Worth's Leon Bridges has announced his fall 2016 tour dates, which includes a stop at the Music Hall at Fair Park in Dallas on September 18.
On March 1, the R&B singer-songwriter kicks off the spring leg of his 2016 tour in Atlanta. The spring and fall legs currently have Bridges playing dates in 50 cities around the world, with more expected to be announced.
Bridges received his first Grammy nomination for Best R&B Album for his debut, Coming Home. The recently released deluxe edition features five never-before-released songs from the Coming Home sessions, including “There She Goes,” “Daisy Mae,” “Mississippi Kisses,” “Here in My Arms,” and “Outta Line.”
Bridges will be joined by English singer, songwriter, and guitarist Lianne La Havas on the tour, who is also nominated for a Grammy for her 2015 album, Blood.
