This fall, the Near Southside will transform its streets, sidewalks, and businesses into a one-day art experience like no other. Businesses open their doors to show off the work of a wide array of local artists. Park Place Avenue will host Gallery at Goggle, featuring fine art and gallery-quality artists inside each of the participating businesses in Park Place Village. Participating businesses range from a windows and doors retailer to restaurants, a co-working space to a music school.
In support of the Fort Worth arts community, these businesses clear their walls, rearrange furniture, and transform their traditional work environments into a gallery space dedicated to displaying the work of Arts Goggle artists. This unique partnership between business and artist is a distinctive feature of ArtsGoggle, and furthers the conversation about the importance of art in our everyday environments.
Gallery at Goggle will also include an outdoor street festival for artists and stage with live music and performance art throughout the festival.
ArtsGoggle is Fort Worth's premier festival of local arts. The annual event hosts more than 1,000 visual artists, 50 musical performances, artistic displays of every kind, food, drink, and fun for everyone.
Unlike any event in Fort Worth, the festival exclusively focuses on highlighting the work of local artists, musicians, and performers of all media and experience levels. ArtsGoggle attracts a crowd of 60,000+ patrons that are as diverse as the event's Near Southside neighborhood.
Visitors are invited to park their cars and rediscover this revitalized urban district by Trinity Metro transit, by foot, or by bicycle, including Fort Worth Bike Sharing bikes.
