Former 3 Stacks Smoke & Tap House (from Trace "The Rib Whisperer" Arnold and Jason Hall) is now part of a small chain called Tender Smokehouse which also has locations in Aubrey and Celina, serving Wagyu brisket, 1855 Prime brisket, smoked, and jalapeño cheddar sausage from Yokum.
