Named after famed TCU football coach Leo "Dutch" Meyer, Dutch's is a well-regarded burger joint from Austin restaurateur Lou Lambert. The menu of a dozen or so burgers includes patties topped with bacon, blue cheese, chili, avocado, and fried onions. There are also turkey, fish, and patty melts, Frito pie, salads, and a Dairy Queen-esque steak finger basket with fries. Bar sides include thick beer-battered onion rings, crisp and peppery, a meal unto themselves. Shakes, malts, and sundaes come in a dozen flavors such as Oreo and cookie dough.
