The Kimbell Art Museum presents a screening of My Architect: A Son's Journey (2003). My Architect follows filmmaker Nathaniel Kahn's five-year journey to reconcile the life and work of his father, renowned architect Louis I. Kahn. It was nominated for an Academy Award in 2004 and won the 2004 Directors Guild of America award for outstanding direction of a documentary.
Kahn will introduce the film and participate in a question-and-answer session following this special screening, which takes place on the opening day of the exhibition "Louis Kahn: The Power of Architecture."
