Kristen Cochran presents new and reconfigured works related to her micro-residency, "Retrospectator," which played with the language of retrospective exhibitions, placing emphasis upon the artist (herself) to review, spectate and take stock of their own work.

"BRB," a contemporary acronym meaning “be right back”, is the second installment of this two-part project, and it showcases Cochran's further explorations of labor and leisure, production and play. Her installation comprises video, sculpture and print focused on browsing, reclining and daydreaming as productive and valuable creative acts.

Following the opening reception, the exhibit will be on view through September 22.
