Calloway’s Nursery will present a night of fun, seasonal cooking demonstrations presented by renowned Chef Marcus Paslay of Clay Pigeon and Piattello Italian Kitchen. Using Blue Label Herbs, a Wylie, Texas-based line of homegrown, USDA certified and non-GMO organic herbs, Paslay will demonstrate how to create three delicious meals and one drink perfect for summer entertaining.
Pulling inspiration from in-season herbs, fruits and vegetables, Paslay will take attendees step-by-step through making the following dishes:

- Panzanella Salad
