Calloway’s Nursery presents Chef Marcus Paslay

Calloway’s Nursery will present a night of fun, seasonal cooking demonstrations presented by renowned Chef Marcus Paslay of Clay Pigeon and Piattello Italian Kitchen. Using Blue Label Herbs, a Wylie, Texas-based line of homegrown, USDA certified and non-GMO organic herbs, Paslay will demonstrate how to create three delicious meals and one drink perfect for summer entertaining.

Pulling inspiration from in-season herbs, fruits and vegetables, Paslay will take attendees step-by-step through making the following dishes:

  • Grilled Flat Iron Steak with Chimichurri Sauce
  • Panzanella Salad
  • Lavender Sugar Cookies
  • Lavender Thyme Lemonade

During the demonstration, attendees will enjoy food and drink samples while Paslay shares his expertise through a question and answer session. Each attendee will receive a free recipe card and 20 percent off all Blue Label Herbs to recreate the dishes at home. Calloway’s Nursery will also give away four $25 gift cards throughout the night.
