Fort Works Art presents "This is the Fort," an exhibition featuring 10 local artists: Bernardo Vallarino, Carey Meiners, Clay Stinnett, Collin Howell, Jay Wilkinson, John Worley, Lee Hill, Leigh Ann Williams, Marshall Harris, and Patricia Murphy.
This is the first time since the gallery has brick-and-mortared that they have presented a group exhibition featuring solely Dallas-Fort Worth artists. Coinciding with Fort Worth’s Annual Stock Show & Rodeo, Fort Works Art takes a turn towards the west, but with their typical twist that is far from traditional. Focusing on the theme that the gallery takes its name from, Fort Worth, "This is the Fort" brings a strong and fresh roster of artists together for a show that will feature images that all Texans will relate to.
