Throughout the month of March the Fort Worth Food + Wine Festival welcome notable chefs from around Dallas-Fort Worth as they collaborate for three separate wine dinner events. At each wine dinner guests will learn cooking tips from top culinary talents and Central Market wine experts will be on-hand to pair each dish with the perfect wine.
At this event, Chef Marcus Paslay from Clay Pigeon and Stefon Rishel from Max's Wine Dive will spend the day roasting a lamb, Greek-style, and a pig, Mexican-style, and then show off each tender roasted meat with their own matching sides. This dinner will be family-style and casual on the patio. Local brewery Martin House will pair the dishes with beer as well.
