The Fort Worth Museum of Science and History will present its latest exhibit, "Cowtown Takes Flight," which will take visitors on an extraordinary journey through Fort Worth's long-standing history with aviation.
The exhibit examines the history of flight and aviation in Fort Worth through a collection of photographs, artifacts, and hands-on learning. It features people from several eras, including a pilot, a servicemember, an industry related individual, or a record setter.
The exhibit will include artifacts from each era, both from the museum's own collection and items on loan from other organizations and businesses. There will also be hands-on spaces for guests to explore the history and mechanics of flight through activities and digital interactives.
