Having lived in the Rocky Mountains 30 years, Ruth Francis has come to call it home. Almost all of her paintings reflect a scene or a feeling of being in the mountains. However, after visiting some of Texas state parks, she finds there is much beauty here also. She loves painting outdoors, and trips to various parts of this state have been very exciting for her. This may be the final opportunity to have one of her paintings as she has decided to retire from the gallery at the end of August.
There will be an opening reception with the artist on August 8.
