The Kupferle Health Board will present the 26th Annual Puttin’ on the Pink fashion luncheon to continue funding essential health care outreach in North Texas. Through loyal support of Puttin’ on the Pink, Texas Health Resources Foundation has been able to reach thousands of women in Fort Worth and surrounding communities who face barriers to health care, such as financial hardship, transportation challenges and cultural isolation.
Six days a week, Texas Health mobile units travel to under-served areas to meet women in need where they live, work and worship and provide vital health services at no cost. Services include digital screening mammograms, breast diagnostic procedures, well-woman exams, cervical cancer screenings, Colon cancer screenings and cardiovascular risk assessments. This year's featured fashions include Betty Reiter, Hadleigh’s, Nardos, Tootsies, and You Are Here.
