Rick Santorum, the veteran Congressman from Pennsylvania who is seeking the Republican nomination for president, will be speaking to an open-to-the-public World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth luncheon.
Santorum served in both the U.S. House of Representatives (1991-95) and the U.S. Senate (1995-2007).
The Council event begins with an 11:30 a.m. luncheon and Candidate Santorum's presentation begins at noon.
