Some of the state’s best pitmasters will come together to celebrate the launch of the Fort Worth Food & Wine Festival and share their smoked treasures with guests as celebrity judges select their favorite bite. Look for lots of great barbecue-worthy beverages, as well. Will Hobbs and the Cropdusters will provide music throughout the evening.
