Firestone & Robertson Distilling Co. has partnered with TCU Press for Sip & Skim, an event that will highlight a selection of distinguished Texas authors accompanied by craft cocktails from resident mixologist, Jason Shelly.
Sip & Skim will feature five, highly respected TCU Press authors, including F&R’s head distiller Rob Arnold. Guests will have the opportunity to meet and mingle with each author throughout the event as well as purchase their books for signing.
Participating authors include Bobbie Wygant, Talking to the Stars; Thomas Zigal, Many Rivers to Cross and Outcry Witness; J.W. Wilson, Portraits of a Soldier; and Rob Arnold and Eric Simanek, Shots of Knowledge.
Guests will also have the opportunity to shop a curated selection of novels ranging from sports to western throughout the event, in addition to the literary works from the above authors.
