Grapevine, the Christmas Capital of Texas, will present the 40th Annual Parade of Lights. Parade watchers will line Main Street to watch more than 100 lighted and decorated floats while marching bands come alive with the sound of the season. Santa will make his grand entrance on the final float in the parade.
Making the Season Bright is the theme for this year’s parade, which begins at Main and Hanover Streets and continues north to Northwest Highway, showcasing the heart of Historic Downtown Grapevine.
Parade guests can vote for the People’s Choice Award on Twitter by using #GVParadeVote, along with the name or organization of their favorite parade float. Voting opens at 7 pm and closes at midnight. The Grapevine Chamber of Commerce will announce the winner on their website and social media on Friday, December 6.
Parking is available at the Grapevine Convention Center, REC of Grapevine, Grapevine Library, TEXRail Parking Garage and at complimentary lots throughout Historic Downtown Grapevine.
