Mimir Chamber Music Festival will present its 23rd anniversary, moving from the live concert hall to a global online audience. Performances will be coming from Los Angeles to New York City, Leipzig, Germany, and Melbourne.
Mimir's 2020 season will feature renowned festival artists along with special performances by Mimir "alumni," who are now enjoying careers as professional musicians. Continuing Mimir's tradition as a teaching festival for up-and-coming musicians, three pre-formed chamber ensembles will receive online coaching leading up to the festival, and then perform an online concert.
Mimir will kick off with a special Pre-Concert Chat on July 5, followed by concerts on July 7, July 9, and July 11. The Emerging Artists concert will be July 10.
