TeaJava Cafe is a new cafe in Southlake that represents a home run of hipness. It serves all the trendy things: bubble tea, rolled ice cream, smoothies, breakfast sandwiches, banh mi, and pho. It's located at 2310 W. Southlake Blvd., #100, in what used to be Verts Mediterranean Grill.
Urban Bricks Pizza, a fast-casual chain serving quick artisan pizza and salad with unlimited toppings, has opened a location in Arlington, at 1707 N. Collins in Champions Park, near AT&T Stadium. It features a full-service bar with frozen margaritas and 12 beers on tap. Customers can build their own pie, choosing from more than 30 ingredients. You can also build-your-own salads, build-your-own paninis, it's a build-your-own paradise. Other options include wings and gelato. This is the 13th location in Texas.
Potbelly Sandwich Shop is opening a new location on April 3 in the Fort Worth Medical District. The menu will feature the new gyro flats, with gyro meat topped with feta cheese, tzatziki sauce, onion and tomato on a warm, toasted flat. Located at 1217 8th Ave., the shop will be open daily from 7 am-9 pm.
Thirsty Lion Gastropub & Grill at the Toyota Music Factory in Irving has rolled out a spring menu featuring dishes such as pork belly bao buns, grilled artichoke, pork carnitas tacos, Korean fried chicken, skit steak salad, shrimp and vegetable pad hai, and white chocolate-strawberry rhubarb cheesecake. They'll also be serving the rare, hard-to-get Impossible burger the plant-based protein burger that has the same taste, smell, sizzle and bleed as a burger made of 100% beef. The menu runs from April 5-June 3.
Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar has a new menu with 11 items and five new beverages that include street corn wheels, a burrata + beet salad, a veggie burger bowl, a salmon sandwich, a BBQ veggie burger, and rosemary chicken breast and thigh with smoked paprika potatoes. Brunch menu offerings include doughnut holes with Nutella dip, steak and eggs benedict, bacon n egg mac n cheese, peach raspberry hand pie, and triple layer lemon cake. It's available in the three DFW locations in Addison, Euless and Plano.
B&B Butchers & Restaurant has launched its brunch on Saturday-Sunday from 11am-3pm. There's an entire selection of benedicts, a "batter" section with chicken & waffles, pancakes, and stuffed French Toast, plus hash with prime rib and house-smoked beef bacon.

They're available in four-packs and can be purchased on Messina Hof’s website or at its three locations - the estate vineyard in Bryan, TX, the Messina Hof Hill Country Winery in Fredericksburg and the Messina Hof Grapevine Winery just outside Dallas. They'll soon be available at retailers throughout Texas.
