Teresa Gubbins is the former editor for CultureMap Dallas and Fort Worth. A native of New England, she began her career in Dallas as a pastry chef before joining the Dallas Morning News as a reporter in 1992, and has covered the food and dining scene here ever since, for publications such as D Magazine, Fort Worth Star-Telegram, Gayot.com, and Pegasus News.
