Yogi Squad's wish is to teach resilience to 10,000 children in 2022 by bringing yoga to students in all walks of life. The founder believes in the power of yoga and literacy, and there is nothing more powerful than lifting up the will and spirit of a child. Yogi Squad offers a free library of yoga videos that incorporate books and reading.
Donations are welcome and memberships are available.
Family Yoga at Funky Picnic Brewery happens once a month, plus Yogi Tots at Mothers Milk Bank, and Yoga + Story Time. Check online for dates and more info.
With a $25 monthly fee, members can access the full on-demand library with yoga videos for the whole family as well as in-person yoga classes in and around Fort Worth. All proceeds of this membership go toward bringing yoga to schools.
