The Art Galleries at TCU will present "No No No No I Want You to Be Wide Awake and Hear Details You've Never Heard Before" by Gfeller + Hellsgård.
This exhibition will feature a new, site-specific print installation with large, temporary wooden structures. Gfeller + Hellsgård are recognized for their commitment to rethinking and stretching the limits of the screen-printing process through experimentation. The French-Swedish duo work across a wide range of media, including zines, books, posters, installation and painting, and their vibrant style is best described as a hybrid of handcraft, punk and pop abstraction.
"No No No No I Want You to Be Wide Awake and Hear Details You've Never Heard Before" is programmed as part of Texchange, the 2019 SGC International Conference, happening in Dallas from March 6-9, 2019.
Following the opening reception, the exhibit will be on view through May 4.
