North Richland Hills Library will present Hammet Prize winner, Alice Hoffman, who will talk about her newest book, Rules of Magic.
A ticketed reception will be held from 12-12:45 pm and a free speaking engagement will take place at 1 pm. A book signing will immediately follow.
