SiNaCa Studios will present the inaugural Pride of Southside Homebrew Invitational, a competition that will benefit the 501(c)(3) school of glass.
The Invitational will feature two categories: a Beer Judge Certification Program-recognized competition and the best of show. The BJCP competition will be judged by trained program officials; the winner will have the opportunity to brew his or her beer at Chimera Brewing Company and enter it into the 2016 Great American Beer Festival pro-am category. Event ticket holders will select the best of show winner.
Complimentary beer samples from sponsors Chimera Brewing Company, Martin House Brewing Company, and The Collective Brewing Project will be available for all attendees 21 years and older, who are encouraged to purchase a commemorative hand-blown glass mug from SiNaCa Studios. Artists from SiNaCa Studios will do glassblowing demonstrations during the event.
