Participating restaurants/chefs include A Bar N Ranch (Celina), Barrel & Bones (The Colony), BBQ on the Brazos (Cresson), Black's BBQ (Lockhart/Austin), Cattleack Barbeque (Dallas), Cousin's Bar-B-Q (Fort Worth), Evie Mae's Pit Barbeque (Wolfforth), Hardcore Carnivore (Austin), Heim Barbecue (Fort Worth), Hutchins BBQ (McKinney), Kreuz Market (Lockhart), Longoria's BBQ (Everman), Meat Church (Waxahachie), Panther City BBQ (Fort Worth), Roegels Barbecue Co (Houston), Top 5 BBQ (DeSoto), Tyler's Barbeque (Amarillo), and 407 BBQ (Argyle).
The pitmasters will be joined by an array of musical artists, including The Vandoliers and more to be announced. The event will also include family-friendly fun like the Trailer Park Olympics, armadillo races, a mechanical bull, and more.
