The Salvation Army of North Texas is teaming up again with the Dallas Cowboys to present the annual Inspiring Hope Luncheon. As one of The Salvation Army of North Texas’ signature fundraising events, the luncheon raises vital funds to support our neighbors combatting poverty, addiction, and homelessness in Tarrant County.
DeMarcus Ware, former defensive end and outside linebacker for the Dallas Cowboys and Denver Broncos, will be the VIP guest and keynote speaker at this year’s event. Widely regarded as one of the greatest defensive players in NFL history, Ware is a 2023 Hall of Fame Inductee and Super Bowl Champion who earned a reputation of being one of the best to play in his position.
Proceeds from the fundraising event will support The Salvation Army’s ongoing efforts across the area, which includes corps community centers and programs in the area such as the North Texas Youth Education Town, Family Life Center, J.E. & L.E. Mabee Social Service Center, and Northside Corps Community Center.
