The first main stage play of Amphibian Stage Productions' 2016 season is Isaac's Eye, a comedy about the unscrupulous acts we commit to attain fame, success, and love. When a rival puts his scientific ideas to the test, Isaac Newton's fierce ambition to win an argument may jeopardize his entire life's work. The production runs through March 6.

Fittipaldi Exotic Driving
The monthly luxury driving experience at Texas Motor Speedway is back for a second month, giving you a chance to get behind the wheel of high-powered cars like a Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, or Nissan GT-R. The price is somewhat expensive, but the experience is worth it, especially if you're looking for a last minute Valentine's gift. Appointments are available Friday or Saturday, or when it comes back later in the year.
36th Annual Fort Worth Home & Garden Show
As we inch toward spring, many people look to make improvements around their houses. You can get all sorts of ideas at the annual Fort Worth Home & Garden Show, taking place Friday through Sunday at the Fort Worth Convention Center, featuring experts in multiple fields, a kids zone, vendors, and much more.
Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra presents West Side Story
Dallas and Fort Worth are syncing up this weekend, as both symphonies are taking on the score of West Side Story. While Dallas screens the film along with the score, the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra pairs Bernstein’s Symphonic Dances from the film with works from Ginastera and Saint-Saëns. The concert plays three times through Sunday at Bass Performance Hall.
Stolen Shakespeare Guild: The Battle of the Sexes
The Valentine's offering from Stolen Shakespeare Guild is a battle of the sexes, as they present both Shakespeare's The Taming of the Shrew and its "sequel," The Tamer Tamed, written later by John Fletcher. The Taming of the Shrew plays exclusively this weekend at Fort Worth Community Arts Center, and then the two alternate the next two weekends through February 28.

Amon Carter Museum of American Art presents American Epics: Thomas Hart Benton and Hollywood
American Epics is the first major exhibition in more than 25 years to feature the life and works of the renowned American painter Thomas Hart Benton. It explores the previously overlooked relationship between Benton’s art and movie making, and brings together nearly 100 works, including more than 30 of his paintings and murals. The exhibition is on display through May 1.

Lita Ford in concert
Rocker Lita Ford has been a music icon since her days as part of the all-female group The Runaways in the late 1970s. Although she never became as famous as her fellow Runaway Joan Jett, she's still carved out her own place in music history. She plays at the Rail Club in support of her ninth solo album, 2016's Time Capsule.
