K-pop bandwagon rolls into Fort Worth with Dickies Arena concert
Fort Worth K-pop fans will get the first glimpse of all-star group SuperM in the United States when it launches its North American tour on November 11 at Dickies Arena, the only Texas stop on the tour.
The band is made up of seven members from five different groups, including Taemin from SHINee, EXO’s Baekhyun and Kai, NCT 127's Taeyong and Mark, and Ten and Lucas of Chinese band WayV. After leaving Fort Worth, they'll go to Chicago; Atlanta; Washington, D.C.; and New York City, and then come back for five more dates in late January/early February on the West Coast and in Canada.
Being the launch point for SuperM's tour is quite the coup for Fort Worth, which also hosted a two-night extravaganza by BTS in 2018, the only Texas stop on their Love Yourself World Tour.
Tickets will go on sale at 10 am October 5 at SuperMofficial.com. The majority of tickets will be $50 (plus fees), with a limited number of premium tickets available through VIP Packages and Platinum. Every online ticket purchased will include a CD of the band’s debut EP, The 1st Mini Album ‘SuperM’, which will be released on October 4.
