Shaboozey, Kane Brown headline Jingle Ball tour coming to Fort Worth

Fort Worth will be the recipient of an early Christmas gift in the form of the star-studded 2024 iHeartRadio Jingle Ball, hosted by 106.1 KISS-FM at Dickies Arena on Tuesday, December 3.

Fort Worth is the kickoff city for the annual holiday concert tour, one of the season’s biggest annual holiday music events with performances by what iHeartMedia deems are the year’s hottest artists. It hits 10 cities, with different performers at each event.

Fort Worth's lineup consists almost entirely of headliners, led by Kane Brown, who just played a massive concert at Globe Life Field in Arlington on September 14. The country/pop singer has been big since his 2016 debut, with all three of his albums finishing in the top 5 on both the Billboard Country chart and the overall Billboard 200.

Joining Brown will be other big names in multiple genres, including Meghan Trainor, Jason Derulo, Madison Beer, Saweetie, and Shaboozey. Rising stars Dasha, Katseye, and Wonho will round out the lineup.

A limited number of eligible Capital One cardholders get access to a pre-show event in Fort Worth, featuring a private performance by iHeartRadio Jingle Ball artist Shaboozey.

For the 11th consecutive year, the other nine cities on the tour — Los Angeles, Chicago, Detroit, New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Atlanta, and Miami will partner with the Ryan Seacrest Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring pediatric patients through entertainment and education focused initiatives.

In DFW, iHeartRadio’s 106.1 KISS FM's Jingle Ball in Dallas will work with the Kidd's Kids program of the Kraddick Foundation, which creates memories for families of children with life-altering or life-threatening conditions. Each event will allocate a portion of ticket sales to its benefiting organization as well as offer exclusive packages through online auctions leading up to the events.

A 48-hour Capital One pre-sale will start on October 1 at 9 am CST. The public on-sale will start on October 4 at 11 am CST. Tickets and more information can be found at 1061kissfm.iheart.com.

4. Opening date rises for biscuit & chicken restaurant in Fort Worth. The chicken & biscuits are finally (almost) here: Rise Southern Biscuits & Righteous Chicken, which specializes in fried chicken and biscuits made throughout the day, is ready to open its first location in Fort Worth. Rise Fort Worth, located at 7064 Blue Mound Rd. in Victory Shops in Basswood, across from Saginaw High School, will open November 23.

5. Calif pizza chain proud of its curly pepperoni opens in Mansfield. A California-based chain known for its mountain-sized pizzas is now open in Mansfield: Mountain Mike’s Pizza has opened a location at 1670 E Broad St., at the corner of US 287, an extremely buzzy location which is also home to an H-E-B supermarket that opened there in June.
