For Texas fans of traditional East Coast seafood, the best place to find a classic lobster roll is in ... Fort Worth?
It is now, thanks to The Dock. The food truck-turned-restaurant has dropped anchor at the Food Hall at Crockett Row, serving up rolls packed with responsibly sourced lobster, shrimp, and crab.
Co-owned by Brett Curtis, The Dock has a menu that also spans seafood tacos, salads, and soups. Everything is scratch-made — including the famous house-marinated pickles.
Watch Curtis discuss how a focus on freshness and flavor has helped The Dock grow into a dry-land favorite, then catch a taste for yourself.
