Fort Worth's reputations for both country and classical music will collide this weekend, as plenty of each will be featured. Beer lovers will have something to celebrate, too, as one of the early craft beer breweries marks another anniversary.

Cliburn at the Kimbell: Rising Stars of the Metropolitan Opera
The Metropolitan Opera has been the artistic home of the greatest singers in the world and the launching pad for the opera stars of the future. Current members of its Young Artist Program will perform at the Kimbell Art Museum, hoping to become the next great opera star like Renée Fleming or Thomas Hampson.
Eleven Hundred Springs in concert
Matt Hillyer and the Eleven Hundred Springs crew have that old-school country sound down pat, having honed it over the course of nine albums since 1998. Over the years, they've shared the stage with the likes of Willie Nelson, Charlie Daniels, Robert Earl Keen, and more. They'll play at Billy Bob's Texas to show why they're still in demand after all these years.

Rahr & Sons Brewing Co. presents 11th Anniversary Celebration
Before pretty much any other area craft beer brewery got its start, Rahr & Sons Brewing Co. was busy making great beer in Fort Worth. This 11th-anniversary event will celebrate the release of a new beer, a Russian imperial stout with toasted coconut, with a two-day event: a VIP tasting on Friday and an extended tasting on Saturday.
Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra presents Kholodenko Plays Prokofiev
2013 Cliburn Gold Medalist Vadym Kholodenko has made multiple returns to Fort Worth since winning the quadrennial competition. Now an artistic partner with the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra, Kholodenko will perform Prokofiev’s Piano Concerto No. 1 and the Piano Concerto No. 4, written to be performed by the left hand only, in three concerts at Bass Performance Hall.

2015 Ranch Bash
The 11th annual Ranch Bash, the largest single-day Texas Music festival in North Texas and a birthday celebration for 95.9 The Ranch, will feature performances from Reckless Kelly, Cody Jinks, Mike Ryan, Uncle Lucius, Shinyribs, Zane Williams, Will Hoge, Tyler and the Tribe, Statesboro Revue, and Ransom Rhodes, all at Panther Island Pavilion.
Gary Allan in concert
Country singer Gary Allan may not have the same cachet as many of the top tier genre musicians, but he's had a big impact nonetheless, scoring 11 top 10 singles and six top 5 albums. In advance of his forthcoming new album, Allan will play at Billy Bob's Texas to a sure-to-be packed crowd.
