Taco Takeover, a new taco & margarita concept from Bar Crawl Nation, is “taking over” nine restaurants and bars in Fort Worth’s West 7th entertainment district for Cinco de Mayo. Beef tacos, pork street tacos, and brisket tacos are just a few of tasty options available, for free, as event participants explore area destinations like Landmark Bar + Kitchen and Reservoir.

Armed with the event’s smartphone app, a QR code at the entrance to each location is scanned, bringing up a “spin to win” game with a 33 percent chance to win a free taco. Participants also start with one or two (for VIP) universal “taco tokens,” redeemable at any participating location.

Beyond free tacos, additional tacos will be available to event participants for $2-$3, a la carte. Margarita, tequila, and cerveza specials will be featured with discounted pricing for participants.
