The Chamber Music Society of Fort Worth will present Jacks of Two Trades, the second concert of the 28th season, with a pre-concert conversation with Laurie Shulman.
The concert will feature the always popular Cliburn Gold Medalist, pianist Jon Nakamatsu, along with violinist Gary Levinson, violist Michael Klotz, cellist Carter Brey, and bassist Nicolas Tsolainos.
The program will feature Dances of Life by Persian-born Behjad Ranjbaran, Johannes Brahms' Sonata for Piano and Cello in E minor, Op. 38 featuring Nakamatsu and Brey. All of the artists will join together to bring the concert to its rousing conclusion in performance of the beloved Schubert Piano Quintet in A Major D. 667 (Trout).
