Chamber Music Society of Fort Worth will get a head start on haunting with the Family Concert Series: "Halloween Spooktacular."
Lobby activities start 10 am include crafting a magic wand, posing in the haunted photo booth, and marching in the mysterious costume parade. Just before the concert begins, musicians interact with kids in the audience to demonstrate their instruments.
The 15-piece orchestra (all in costume) will perform"The Sorcerer's Apprentice," "Danse Macabre," and music from Harry Potter films. Larger-than-life images projected on screen accompany the music and add to the eerie ambiance of Halloween festivities.
