One of the most exciting and in-demand voices of the day, Nathan Gunn is also a supporter of new works, creating the roles of Yeshua in Mark Adamo’s The Gospel of Mary Magdalene (San Francisco Opera), Paul in Daron Hagen’s Amelia (Seattle Opera), Alec Harvey in André Previn’s Brief Encounter (Houston Grand Opera), and Clyde Griffiths in Tobias Picker’s An American Tragedy (Metropolitan Opera). He'll be joined by his wife, pianist Julie Gunn.
