The musical lineup includes Peter More, Chris Watson, Zac Wilkerson & the Wayward Souls, Daniel Rocha, and Isabella Breedlove. A portion of Rio Festival ticket sales will be donated to the Greater Houston Community Foundation’s Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund.
