Flower Mound presents Independence Fest

Flower Mound Parks and Recreation will celebrate Independence Day with live music featuring Le Freak and headline act, Bret Michaels. The event will also feature concessions, a kids zone presented by CoServ, car show, lots of exhibitors, and a fireworks show presented by Debra Duffy DDS.

Flower Mound's Independence Fest features a full day of events. The event kicks off with the annual Children’s Parade to Leonard and Helen Johns Park at 10 am, where there will be kids’ activities, face painting, and hot dogs and lemonade.

The evening portion, starting at 5 pm at Bakersfield Park, features live entertainment on the main stage, led by headliner Gabby Barrett. There will also be food trucks, vendor booths, a car show, a kids’ zone, and fireworks.
