Fort Worth’s original beer emporium Flying Saucer celebrates New Years Eve with a special four-course beer paired dinner in addition to the regular menu. Festivities include DJ JCL on the 8.0 stage from 9:30 pm - 12:30 am with a champagne toast and party favors at midnight.
Available between 6-9 pm, courses include charcuterie board appetizer, strawberry spinach salad with shaved almonds and signature vinaigrette, a 12-ounce prime rib entree with stout au jus, grilled asparagus, and roasted Yukon potatoes, with a choice of Black Forest cake or carrot cake for dessert. Each course is expertly paired craft beers ($85 per person). Non-alcoholic offerings are also available.
