The Junior League of Fort Worth will present the annual Kids in the Kitchen Health Fair. Fort Worth families can attend this health fair featuring kid-friendly health and wellness activities, information about affordable health and wellness resources in the community and free groceries donated by the Tarrant Area Food Bank.
Fort Worth families can benefit from in-kind food and other donations from over 20 partner vendors including Cook Children's, The Daniel Migael Foundation, The First Tee, FitWorth, Fort Worth Fire Department, JPS and UNT Health Science Center.
In addition to the health fair, the Junior League of Fort Worth has partnered with Fort Worth ISD schools, Western Hills Primary, Western Hills Elementary, Rivertree Academy, Eastern Hills Elementary and Como Elementary to provide elementary students with one week of wellness-related curriculum leading up to the health fair.
