Kinfolk House will present "Welcome," the first project from internationally celebrated artists Sedrick and Letitia Huckaby marking the official launch of their collaborative community space in North Texas.
Kinfolk House will open the doors of the reimagined 100-year-old historic home to invite members of the Polytechnic neighborhood, art enthusiasts, and community members to come together to experience a new interpretation of the traditional gallery space. Kinfolk seeks to remove many of the traditional barriers established by the art world and instead create bridges between community and creativity in a space where all feel welcome.
Following the opening reception, the exhibit will be on display through April 24.
