Riscky's Barbeque will present its 20th annual Rib-Eating Competition. Up to 30 contestants race to eat as many Riscky's beef ribs as possible in 60 seconds, with top qualifiers going head-to-head for prizes.
The event is open to ages 18 and above. Minors may compete with a parent or guardian. Every competitor receives a limited-edition Riscky's t-shirt. The showdown runs alongside the Fort Worth Stockyards' National Day of the American Cowboy festivities.
