The Simmons Bank Showdown, an early season all-Texas teams men’s basketball double-header.

The double-header will begin with a face-off between Sun Belt Conference teams, the Texas State Bobcats against the University of Texas-Arlington Mavericks. That will be followed by a rivalry game between the Big 12 Conference Texas Christian University Horned Frogs and the American Athletic Conference Southern Methodist University Mustangs.
