Local artists Claire Kennedy and Max Marshall will present the inaugural SpeedBump Fort Worth, a city wide art walk that will take place in 11 different locations across the city, including local businesses, non-traditional art spaces, and artist’s home studios.
Selected locations include Grackle Art Gallery, Collective 77, Waste Not/Want Not, By Candlelight Press, Easyside, La Gran Plaza, Bryce Avenue Garage (BAG), ArtHouse East Studios, McAnthony’s Multicultural Studio and Gallery, be.so, and T.C. Oliver Apartment Studio.
SpeedBump originated in Dallas’ Oak Cliff neighborhood, founded by artists Chuck and George 26 years ago, with the goal of highlighting local creative spaces, art exhibitions and funky collections.
