The Taste of Texas Independence Chili Cookoff will feature entertainment, family fun, a chili cookoff, and peach cobbler contest. There will be chili and cobbler samples, a cobbler baking contest, live music all day, games and family fun, historical re-enactments, and a silent auction. The live music will include performances by Joey Green, Tyler Bond, Johnny Cooper, and Bart Crow.
