The Fort Worth Public Library Foundation will present Adventures in India featuring George Thadathil. Dr. George Thadathil has received his bachelor, master, and doctorate degrees in history and politics and grew up in India. As luck would have it, Thadathil also has his master’s in library science and manages the Ella Mae Shamblee library branch. With a love for the people, culture and architecture of India, he will share his expertise and guidance on getting the most out of your trip to this South Asian gem.

Travel Talks is a new series featuring local travelers and their experiences in foreign and domestic travel. The Library Foundation launched Travel Talks in order to build upon the Fort Worth Library’s new Passport Acceptance Facility and its collection of 9,000 travel books.
