Fort Worth is the only city in Texas for The 1975 English pop rock tour
English pop rock band The 1975 are coming to Fort Worth: The band has added three arena shows to their previously announced North American tour, and that includes a stop at Dickies Arena on Monday, October 9.
The tour, called "Still … at their very best," is the band's biggest tour of the United States and Canada to date, traveling to 37 cities over the course of three months. The Fort Worth date will be their only stop in Texas on the tour. (Although they will also perform at the Austin City Limits festival on the weekend of October 13-15.)
The 1975 have been massive in their native UK since their debut in 2013, with all five of their notoriously long-titled albums reaching No. 1. It took American audiences a bit longer to catch on, but each of their last four albums, including 2022's Being Funny in a Foreign Language, have reached the top 10 in the U.S.
They have had a number of top 10 hits through the years, including two top 5 songs — "Me & You Together Song" and "If You're Too Shy (Let Me Know)" — off their 2020 album, Notes on a Conditional Form.
The band promises fans will get the full experience of the “At Their Very Best” Tour run, including new show elements and an added B stage.
Tickets for the Fort Worth date will go on sale to the public on Friday, August 18 at 10 am. via Ticketmaster.com. Fans can have access to a presale on Thursday, August 17 from 12-10 pm by entering the code TOOTIME.
