Italian pianist Ludovico Einaudi puts Fort Worth on fall tour

Italian pianist Ludovico Einaudi will play at Will Rogers Auditorium on October 13.
Italian pianist and composer Ludovico Einaudi, said to be "the most streamed classical artist of all time," will come to Fort Worth as part of his North American fall tour, playing at Will Rogers Auditorium on Monday, October 13.
The limited, 16-city tour will start in Chicago on September 30, running through the end of October. In addition to Fort Worth, he will also play in Sugar Land outside of Houston on October 12.
The tour is in support of his new album, The Summer Portraits, set to be released on Friday, January 31. It is the 16th album of his career, dating back to his debut in 1988.
Einaudi, who averages 9 billion streams a year according to a release, found inspiration for the new album after staying at a villa on a Mediterranean island, which brought about personal memories triggered by sun, summer, and family holidays.
Tickets for the tour are now on sale at LudovicoEinaudi.com. Fans can access a presale by using the code PORTRAITS25.
